              RECIPE TO REDUCE SMOKING

    UNDERSTAND  why smoking gives the effect of kick. Ever wonder why? Because of nicotine. That is the source of the cigarette, now you know your friend is back up by someone(nicotine).  When we feel tired or stress up… nicotine comes to do the job. It's so satisfying, like a drug.
    So can I say that if I just take nicotine then my stress will be all gone like cigarette??
    SMOKING WAYS
    Start from reduces smoking by additional add on(example: Niquitin) consult your pharmacies. Funny things is you still can continue smoking like normal. Yes you heard me. Go ahead pick up that friend of yours. You do not need any advise…
    You could have the BEST nicotine aid to stop smoking but it still doesn’t helps.

    What? I don’t mean that you don’t have any wisdom. But 4 things are the real cause for us to continue smoking.

  2. Yes, we are human and we indeed come with a program inside our body call GREED. Greed like always want to win or even grab the opportunity to earn more credits or money. When we are not satisfied with your current things we create an indirect plan to get those thing done example: politics. So we ended up causing others in trouble, yet we feel guilty deep down. Like woman also complaint on the shape of their body size, but in fact they are perfect, just don’t be greedy on food.
  3. Desire
  4. We all want this and that in life, slim TV cause the old TV is too "fat". I need a better phone, nowadays I need to catch up with technology.  Or even my friend is have that 2 years ago!!. This are  the desire causing us to continue smoking, because with THE SALE starts, or 0% installment plan appears, we will be getting our desire fulfills. Then when it come to Credit card statement we ended up stress of paying up or even owing the bank.
  5. Arrogance
  6. Because of wealth and "Face", we forget where we started from. I am a manager of the company, my subordinates need a person to be respected like me. Maybe " I cant listen to many opinions during the discussion, or else I have no leadership, people will look down on me. These are the inner talks of our life. We need to have a better understanding and tolerate towards people.  We are all humans.     
  7. Ignorance
  8. " I think it's not my job, others can do it", or why does my investment deficit? , "Why cant I finish paying off my debts?"
    WHY WHY me? It's not fair at all…. Complaining will not get you what you want like a child crying for a sweet. If you ignore your health then health also ignores you, if you ignore money then wealth ignores you. It a cause and effect.
    So these are the 4 main things we have to get rid off. Then we will live a stress free life. Enjoy what you have now. Read more books or increase your spiritual life. Spend quality time with your family
